Research to market →
For deep-tech founders, spin-offs and technology-transfer offices.
I help get a technology out of the lab and in front of the first paying customers. Commercialisation and go-to-market strategy, grant and capital strategy (EIC Accelerator, OP TAK, TAČR, Horizon Europe), pitch and investor materials, expansion into DACH. I know the investment environment from Fundraising Bootcamp in London and from other accelerators. I did technology transfer at CzechGlobe and in the CeTTAV programme. I took Myco down this path: from a trial to automated production.
Science that changes decisions →
For research institutes, universities, European project consortia and municipalities.
I build communication that does not stop at a press release. The strategy and the running of it. Turning results into formats for media and decision-makers. Media training for scientists. Communication and dissemination for Horizon Europe. For municipalities, I help explain investment in prevention and adaptation so that a repaired roof earns a thank-you.
Sales systems for mission-driven organisations →
For trade bodies, non-profits, associations and manufacturers.
I design the sales process from choosing targets to signature: segmentation, roles, CRM, monitoring of legislation and public tenders. I work with data and hypotheses, not impressions. Instead of a slide deck I often deliver a working tool.

- Mycelium experiments. Mushroom packaging existed as a trial, not as production.
- What I did
- I co-founded Myco (since 2019). I am managing director and I lead R&D. We built our own production line with continuous sterilisation. The material, mycelium and waste, is meant to replace polystyrene.
- Result
- Red Dot Award 2024, Product Design, Start-up category. E.ON Energy Globe 2022, 1st place in the Czech Republic. Energy Globe World Award 2022, jury recognition. Generali SME EnterPRIZE 2023, 1st place. Central European Startup Awards 2025, Edition 11, Startup of the Year in the Energy Efficiency category. German Economy Award 2023, special prize (ČNOPK) as part of Vodafone Idea of the Year 2022.

- 2023–2025 technologist for technology transfer and industrial use of wood-decaying fungi. January–July 2026 Head of the Communications and External Relations Department. I built the strategic communication function.

- Communication moved from an ad-hoc activity to a structured system tied to the research.
